Hello every body
I trust that the article placed on the BBC action network causes a stir. After receiving a letter from the Local gov. Ombudsman today I should maybe have put her in the frame for aiding n abetting that organisation in perverting the course of JUSTICE.
That however is going to have to wait for another day, perhaps when I reply to that.
I will take the Chief Constables refusal to Sue me as an admission of guilt in both instances.

I CHARGE THE CHIEF CONSTABLE OF SOUTH WALES POLICE BARBARA WILDING WITH AIDING N ABETTING THE WELSH ASSEMBLY IN ITS MALFEASANCE TOWARDS THE ONE KNOWN AS CRAZYDAVE.
I ALSO CHARGE CHIEF CONSTABLE BARBARA WILDING WITH AIDING N ABETTING THE WELSH ASSEMBLY GOVERNMENT WITH WILFUL NEGLECT OF VULNERABLE ADULTS IN CARDIFF.
BARBARA YOU CAN SUE ME IF YOU CAN PROVE I AM LYING IN THE ABOVE TWO STATEMENTS. BUT I TRUTHFULLY BELIEVE THAT ANY JURY TRIAL WOULD FIND BOTH TO BE TRUE.
How can you say this Crazydave. Well check out the Cardiff notice board people. Find out about the £432 Grand that some private landlord receives from the social security system, not one of the vulnerable adults housed there will have any ownership rights to the property, yet if they did not live there the private landlord would not be having his property empire booming, now would he.
Vulnerable adults just cash cows for the professional ELITE NOLONGER!
Then you have to look at how David Cameron wants to bring in legislation that will corrupt the Human Rights Act make it less of a thing, well if he can so easily change such fundamental legislation as that document, doesn't it just show how easy it would be to change housing legislation where these types of properties Houses of multiple occupancy could be re-designated SHARED HOUSES.
So that the BBC could nolonger get 5,6,7,8 TV licences from it, but one divided by the number of tennants.Where the water companies could not charge an extortionate ammout out of them, as they have been allowed to via legislation, that bears no seblance to the cost verses ussage of the property.
i.e you would not have a situation where a two storey property with an attic conversion comprising of 5 bedsit flats earns the water company £1,200 per annum and their little booklet 'reasons for getting a water meter' has that charge equating to 12 people on high ussage.
So step up to the plate Chief Constable, because I am calling you corrupt by not following up on the complaint of Malfeasance by the Welsh Assembly to me.
Perhaps if I could find a solicitor worth of his salt, to ask this question of the jury.
You will note the date of the 'open letter to the chairman of the IPCC' do any of you wonder how it is given item 2021 the email by Crazydave informing his MP, informing His assembly member and the members of various other parties in the Assembly that the IPCC refuse to respond to his emails why not one of them contacted the IPCC on Crazydave's behalf and let him know of their actions???
After all the date of this article is the 5/7/06. Need I say more.
Today after the glorious sunshine at the Assembly yesterday where I sang my heart out, the rain is falling falling freely in this blessed country of abundant rain, if roof water collection systems were a natural part of a sustainable housing system, I wouldn't mind having a water meter, as it is I refuse on principle, another something Chief Constable that the Assembly has not demanded of all new housing, or that equally corrupt organisation OFWAT.
